Katie's Dog Training offers training programs to fit many different lifestyles. Training is customized to your dog's personality and training goals!! I service all of the Nashville Area, including but not limited to Lebanon, Gallatin, Brentwood, Franklin, and Nashville.
This program starts with a phone call or email to determine your dog or puppy's specific training goals and obedience problems. You can then schedule an optional Meet and Greet or jump right into training! This program is designed for the family and dog that needs basic control in public and around the house. In addition to the basic commands, any and all behavior problems are addressed. Family members that will be interacting with the dog or puppy should be involved in the training process. I will give coaching and instruction to the family on how to consistently let your dog or puppy know what is expected of him/her.
Like the Basic Program, this program starts with a phone call or email to determine your training goals. This program is for the family that wants to be able to trust their dog to behave reliably on and off-leash in a variety of situations. In addition to the basic commands, your dog is taught to work under distractions in multiple environments. This program includes more advanced commands that are tailored to your specific needs. Any and all behavior problems are addressed and all family members are given coaching and instruction on how to provide consistent direction to your dog or puppy.
Individual lessons are great for troubleshooting a specific behavior or command. Once we have determined what your training goals are, then the lessons start. Each lesson takes about an hour.
